Dates & Times:

  • Wednesday 23rd July: 1pm – 8.30pm (with a dinner break, on site)
  • Thursday 24th July: 1pm – 8.30pm (with a dinner break, on site)
  • Friday 25th July: 10am – 3pm


Kids' Programme:

We’ll be running a kids' programme for ages 3–12 during the gathering. Please send these registrations in quickly for our planning. Kids will need to be collected during the dinner breaks so our team can also rest and reset for the evening sessions. The programme will run for the afternoon sessions until dinner, and then resume at 6:45pm and run through to 8:30pm.
